Resolution Scheduling Special Meeting for the Purpose of the Annual Reorganization Meeting
At a regular meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County, New
York, held at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New York, on December 27, 2010.
The meeting was called to order by Christopher Colsey, Supervisor, and upon roll being called,
the following were present:
PRESENT: Supervisor - Christopher J. Colsey
Councilmembers - William H. Beale (arrived 7:01pm)
Vincent F. Bettina
Ismay Czarniecki (arrived 7:14pm)
Joseph P. Paoloni
ABSENT:
The following Resolution was introduced by Councilman Beale and seconded by Councilman
Bettina.
WHEREAS, the Town of Wappinger annually schedules a Reorganization Meeting prior to the
first regular business meeting of the new fiscal year; and
WHEREAS, the meeting shall be open to the public in accordance with applicable State laws;
and
WHEREAS, the Town Board hereby schedules the 2011 Reorganization Meeting for Monday,
January 3, 2011, with a start time of 7:00 PM.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, the Town Board hereby authorizes the Town Clerk
to publish and post special meetings notice for the purpose of a Reorganization Meeting on Monday,
January 3, 2011, with a start time of 7:00 PM.
The foregoing was put to a vote which resulted as follows:
