1982-02-23 SPMA Special Meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger
was held on February 23rd, 1982 at the Town Justice Court,
14-16 Old Route 9, Wappingers Falls, New York.
Supervisor Diehl opened the meeting at 4:24 P.M.
Present:
Louis Diehl, Supervisor
Nicholas Johnson, Councilman
Gerard McCluskey, Councilman
Frank Versace, Councilman
Elaine H. Snowden, Town Clerk
Absent:
Bernice Mills, Councilwoman
Others Present:
Jon Holden Adams, Attorney
Hans Gunderud, Building Inspector/
Zoning Administrators
This meeting had been set at the regular meeting of the Town
Board held February 8th, 1982 for the purpose of going into
executive session on problems relating to the St. Cabrini Home
on DeGarmo Hills Road.
MR. MCCLUSKEY moved to go into executive session.
Seconded by Mr. Versace
Motion Unanimously Carried
The Board went into executive session at 4:25 P.M.
The Board returned from executive session at 5:40 P.M.
Supervisor Diehl called the meeting back to order and all five
Board Members were present (Mrs. Mills arrived at the beginning
of the executive session).
MR. MCCLUSKEY moved to close the Special Meeting, seconded by
Mr. Johnson and unanimously carried.
