Resolution Authorizing Full -Time Status for the Supervisor of Buildings and Grounds
At a regular meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County, New
York, held at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New York, on January 10, 2011.
The meeting was called to order by Christopher Colsey, Supervisor, and upon roll being called,
the following were present:
PRESENT: Supervisor - Christopher J. Colsey
Councilmembers - William H. Beale
Vincent F. Bettina
Ismay Czarniecki
Joseph P. Paoloni (Departed 10:27 PM)
ABSENT:
The following Resolution was introduced by Councilwoman Czarniecki and seconded by
Councilman Beale.
WHEREAS, the Town Board authorized the appointment of part-time Supervisor of Buildings
and Grounds, Steven E. Frazier, on May 10, 2010, through resolution 2010-187; and
WHEREAS, the Town Board, through the 2011 Budget process, as finalized on November 18,
2010, appropriated funding to modify the status of the Supervisor of Buildings and Grounds to full-time
through Budget Line A7110.100; and
WHEREAS, the Town Board hereby authorizes the Town Supervisor and Town Accountant to
modify the employment status of Steven E. Frazier to the full-time position of Supervisor of Buildings
and Grounds, with salary to be paid from Budget Line A7110.100 in the annual amount of $57,000.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, as follows:
1. The recitations above set forth are incorporated in this Resolution as if fully set forth and
adopted herein.
2. The Town Board hereby authorizes the Town Supervisor and Town Accountant to
modify the employment status of Steven E. Frazier to the full-time position of Supervisor
of Buildings and Grounds, with salary to be paid from Budget Line A7110.100 in the
annual amount of $57,000.00.
3_ This resolution is deemed effective to January 1, 2011.
