1981-03-06 SPM263 WAIVER OF NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING OF THE TOWN BOARD OF THE TOWN OF WAPPINGER DUTCHESS COUNTY, NEW YORK The undersigned, being all of the members of the -Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County,New York, do hereby waive notice of the time and place of the holding. of a Special Meeting of said Town Board, and do hereby agree and consent that the same be held on the 6th day of March, 1981, at 4:00 o'clock in the afternoon of that day at the Town Hall of the Town of Wappinger, Mill Street, in the Village of Wappingers Falls, Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County, New York, for the transaction of all business which may properly come before the meeting or any/adjournment thereof. (x--7 Supervisor 9-c. \.Councilman Councilwoman Counc i lwoman �' Due and timely notice of the above mentioned meeting is hereby admitted. ,97,A)( & Town Clerk Town of Wappinger A Special Meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger was held March 6, 1981 at 4:00 P.M. in the Town Hall, Mill Street, Wappingers Falls, New York. All Board members being present, and having signed the above waiver of notice of Special Meeting, each for himself, Supervisor Diehl called the meeting to order at 5:09 P.M. 26,1 Mrs. Snowden stated that the News Media had been informed of this meeting immediately after she had been notified and the record of the person we spoke to and the time is on file in her office. A notice was also posted on the Town Clerk's Bulletin Board. MRS. MILLS moved that the Board recess for an executive session. Seconded by Mr. Johnson Motion Unanimously Carried The Board recessed at 5:11 P. M. The Board returned at 5:21 P.M. to resume the meeting. Present:. Louis Diehl, Superivsor Nicholas Johnson, Councilman Bernice Mills, Councilwoman Frank Versace, Councilman Absent: Janet Reilly, Councilwoman The official notice of this meeting stated that the purpose of the meeting was for the sole purpose of considering action with regard to a court order in the matter of work being undertaken on a possible water storage tank to be erected in the Widmer Road area. MR. JOHNSON moved that the Attorney be directed to take whatever legal action necessary to stop work being done on the land of Riccobono at the present time, on behalf of the Town Board and the Zoning Administrator. Seconded by Mrs. Mills Roll Call Vote: 4 Ayes 0 Nays MRS. MILLS moved to adjourn the Special Meeting, seconded by Mr. Johnson and carried. The Special Meeting adjourned at 5:23 P.M.
