An Adjourned Special Meeting of the Town Board of the Town of
Wappinger was held on June 6, 1979 at Town Hall, Mill Street,
Village of Wappingers Falls, New York. Said meeting was adjourned
from the Special Meeting of June 4, 1979, for the purpose of
considering the appointment of a Building Inspector and Zoning
Administrator to fill the vacancy created by the resignation of
Robert Ruit.
Supervisor Diehl opened the meeting at 5:40 P.M.
Present:
Louis Diehl, Supervisor
Leif Jensen, Councilman
Janet Reilly, Councilwoman
Absent:
Nicholas Johnson, Councilman
Bernice Mills, Councilwoman
MR. JENSEN moved that Hans Gunderud be appointed as temporary
Building Inspector and temporary Zoning Administrator for the
Town of Wappinger.
Seconded by Mrs. Reilly
Roll Call Vote: 3 Ayes 0 Nays
MR. JENSEN moved that a temporary salary for the Building Inspector
be set at $14,100.00, and a temporary salary for the position of
Zoning Administrator be set at $2,900.00, and these would be per
annum and the Comptroller be instructed to prorate these amounts.
Seconded by Mrs. Reilly
Roll Call Vote: 3 Ayes 0 Nays
MRS. REILLY moved to adjourn th meeting, seconded by Mr. Jensen
and carded.
The meeting adjourned at 5:44 P.M.
