A Public Hearing was held by the Town Board of the Town of
Wappinger on September 25, 1978 at 7:00 P.M., at Town Hall, Mill
Street, Village of Wappingers Falls, Dutchess County, New York,
on a proposed Local Law Increasing Dog License Fees.
Supervisor Diehl opened the Hearing at 7:32 P.M.

Nicholas Johnson, Councilman
Bernice Mills, Councilwoman
Janet Reilly, Councilwoman
Elaine Snowden, Town Clerk
The Town Clerk offered for the record the Affidavits of Posting
and Publication duly signed and notarized (attached hereto).
Notices were sent to the newspapers and radio stations, and notice
was posted on the Town Clerk's Bulletin Board.
No one spoke at this Hearing.
MR. DIEHL moved to close the Public Hearing, seconded by Mr.
Johnson and carried.
The Hearing closed at 7:34 P.M.
