was held on December 5, 1977 at 5:00 P.M. at the Town Hall,
Mill Street, Wappingers Falls, New York.
Notice of said meeting was mailed to each Board member on
December 2, 1977, calling the meeting for 5:00 P.M., December 5,
1977, for the purpose of approving the bid for Wappinger Sewer
Improvement #1 - Expansion
Sewage Treatment Plant and
authorizing the Supervisor

Supervisor Diehl called the meeting to order at 5:15 P.M.

Supervisor Diehl state6. the purpose of this meeting was for
awarding the Bid for the Oakwood Sewage Treatment Plant for the
EDA Project #NY -01-51-26374.

Dear Board Members:
On December 2, 1977 bids were received and opened for the
above project. The bid results were as follows:
Hall & Company
Delmar, N.Y. $111,867.00
Elmar Equipment Corp.
Peekskill, N.Y. 134,070.00
We have examined the bid of Hall & Company, the apparent low
bidder and have found the bid to be in order.
We, therefore, recommend that the contract be awarded to Hall
& Company for the amount of $111,867.00.

MR. JOHNSON moved to accept the low bid of $111,867.00 submitted
by Hall & Co. and award the contract for the EDA Project #NY -01-
51-26374 for Wappinger Sewer Improvement #1 Contract 1B to Hall
& Company of Delmar, N.Y., and authorize the Supervisor to sign
the contract.

There being no other business to come before the Board, Super-
