A Public Hearing was held by the Town Board of the Town of
Wappinger on November 21, 1977, at the Town Hall, Mill Street,
Village of Wappingers Falls, Dutchess County, New York on
Notice of Receipt of Assessment Roll for Central Wappinger
Water Improvement Area and Notice of Public Hearing.
Mr. Johnson moved that Mr. Jensen act as Charman of the Hearing,
seconded by Mr. Versace and carried.
Mr. Jensen opened the Hearing at 7:35 P.M.
Present:

The Town Clerk offered for the record the Affidavits of Posting
and Publication duly signed and notarized. Notices had been sent
to the newspapers and radio stations and posted on theTown Clerk's
Bulletin Board.
Mr. Ryan presented a memo to the Board listing the number of
benefit units, amount to be raised by taxes, the new benefit
assessment and showed the increase or decrease in taxes. This
district was reduced by about $4.73 per thousand due to an increase
in the number of units.
No one had any questions or comments.

A Public Hearing was held by the Town Board of the Town of
Wappinger on November 21, 1977, at the Town Hall, Mill Street,
Village of Wappingers Falls, Dutchess County, New York on
Notice of Receipt of Assessment Roll for the Oakwood Water
District and Notice of Public Hearing.
Mr. Uensen opened the Hearing at 8:45 P.M.

The Town Clerk offered for the record the Affidavit of Posting

Clerk's Bulletin Board.
Mr. Jensen stated that this district had 93.44 units and the
rate was $51.59 per unit, represented a decrease of $1.97 per
unit.
