WAIVER OF NOTICE OF SPECIAL
MEETING OF THE TOWN BOARD OF
THE TOWN OF WAPPINGER.
DUTCHESS COUNTY, NEW YORK
The undersigned, being all of the members of the Town Board
of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County, New York, do hereby
waive notice of the time and place of the holding of a Special
Meeting of said Town Board, and do hereby agree and consent that
the same beheld on the 14th day of December, 1976 at 7:00 o'clock
in the afternoon of that day at the Town Hall of the Town of
Wappinger, Mill Street, in the Village of Wappingers Falls, Town
of Wappinger, Dutchess County, New York, for the transaction of all
business which may properly come before the meeting or any adjourn-
ment thereof.

A Special Meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger was
held December 14, 1976 at 7:00 P.M. in the Town Hall, Mill Street,
Wappingers Falls, New York.
All Board Members being present, and having signed the above waiver
of Notice of Special Meeting, each for himself, Supervisor Diehl
called the meeting to order at 7:50 P.M.

MR. CLAUSEN moved to borrow $10,000 from the General Fund, and
authorize the transfer of it, as needed, to Wappinger Sewer
Improvement #1 Operation and Maintenance.
Seconded by Mr. Jensen

MR. DIEHL moved to adopt Local Law #5 of the Year 1976 Amending
Local Law #4 of the Year 1975,(copy of which is attached hereto
and made a part hereof of the minutes of this meeting).

A LOCAL LAW AMENDING
LOCAL LAW # 4 of the Year 1975
Establishing the Rates for the
WAPPINGER SEWER IMPROVEMENT #1
A Local Law amending Local Law No. 4 of 1975.
Be It Enacted by the Town Board of the Town of
Wappinger, Dutchess County, New York, as follows:
Section 1. Section 1 of Local Law #4 of 1975 is
hereby repealed.

Section 2. The following rates shall be charged for
Sewer Service for those connected to the Wappinger Sewer
Improvement #1 facilities, Effective January 1, 1977.
A. Residential
(1) For each residential unit connected to
the System: $148.00 Annually, Payable
Quarterly.
B. Commercial, Industrial, Institutional
(1) for each benefit unit assigned to said
premises: $148.00 Annually, Payable
quarterly.
Section 3. This local law shall take effect upon
adoption and as provided in the Municipal Home Rule Law.
