Remsen Avenue, Wappingers Falls, New York, on the Assessment
Roll of Oakwood Knolls Water District.
Councilman Saland acted as Chairman and opened the Hearing at
7:49 P.M.

and Publication duly signed and notarized by Albert Osten of the
W&SD News. (These Affidavits are attached hereto and made a part
thereof of the minutes of this meeting).
Mr. Saland asked if there was anyone to speak for or against
the figures as filed on the Assessment Roll.
No One spoke.
The Hearing was closed at 7:56 P.M.

Mr. Egan explained there was a discrepancy between number of units
and amount to be raised but it involved only a slight adjustment
in the figures ---units read 172 instead of 170.55. Mr. Egan had
reviewed them with Mr. Rappleyea prilor to this Hearing.
There were no questions from the Board or from the public.
The Hearing closed at 8:07 P.M.
