1975-09-22 PH316 ft A Public Hearing was held by the Town Boards of the Town of Wappinger and Fishkill on Monday, September 22n, 1975 at Town Hall Mill Street, Wappingers Falls, New York, on the Application of the Hughsonville Fire District and the Chelsea Fire District for leave to alter the boundaries of each respective Fire District. Supervisor Diehl called the Hearing to order at 7:32 P.M. Present: Town of Wappinger Louis Diehl, Supervisor Leif Jensen, Councilman Frank Versace, Councilman Elaine Snowden, Town Clerk Absent: Louis Clausen, Councilman Stephen Saland, Councilman Present: Town of Fishkill Herbert Muller, Supervisor Patrick Hennebery, Councilman Frank Romagnoni, Councilman Hazel Beckett, Town Clerk Absent: James Pappas, Councilman Frank Romagnoni, Councilman The Town Clerk of Wappinger and the Town Clerk of Fishkill offered for the record the Affidavits of Posting and the Affidavits of Publication. Mr. Russell Aldrich, Attorney spoke in favor of the petition and explained that the Application was made on behalf of the Chelsea Fire District and the Hughsonville Fire District for permission to straighten the boundary lines between them and it covered portions of the two Towns. No one objected to the Petition. (A complete transcript is on file at the Town Clerk's Office). The Hearing closed at 7:50 P.M. Elaine H.
