WAIVER OF NOTICE OF SPECIAL
MEETING OF THE TOWN BOARD OF
THE TOWN OF WAPPINGER
DUTCHESS COUNTY, NEW YORK
The undersigned, being all of the members of the Town
Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County, New York, do
hereby waive notice of the time and place of the holding of a
Special Meeting of said Town Board, and do hereby agree and
consent that the same be held on the 24th day of June, 1975,
at 9:00 o'clock in the afternoon of that day at the Town Hall
of the Town of Wappinger, Mill Street, in the Village of
Wappingers Falls, Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County, New York,
for the transaction of all business which may properly come
before the meeting or any adjournment thereof/)

A Special Meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger
was held on June 24, 1975 at 10:10 P.M. at the Junior High School
Remsen Avenue, Wappingers Falls, New York.

All Board members having signed the above waiver of Notice of
Special Meeting, each for himself, Supervisor Diehl called the
meeting to order.
(This meeting was called directly after the Public Hearing on the
proposed Amendments to the Zoning Ordinance. Mr. Versace was
absent, having been called out of the Public Hearing suddenly due
to a death in his family).
MR. CLAUSEN moved to recess the Public Hearing on the proposed
Zoning Ordinance Amendments until July 29, 1975 at 7:30 P.M. at
the Junior High School, Remsen Avenue, Wappingers Falls, New York,
to hear any other interested persons.
Seconded by Mr. Saland.
Roll Call Vote: 4 Ayes 0 Nays
MR. CLAUSEN moved to adjourn the meeting, seconded by Mr. Saland,
and carried.
The Meeting adjourned at 10:12 P.M.

A Public Hearing was held by the Town Board of the Town of
Wappinger on Tuesday, June 24, 1975, at the Wappingers Junior
High School, Remsen Avenue, Wappingers Falls, New York on an
Ordinance Amending the Zoning Ordinance and Map of the Town of
Wappinger.
Supervisor Diehl opened the Hearing at 7:30 P.M.
