WAIVER OF NOTICE OF SPECIAL
MEETING OF THE TOWN BOARD OF
THE TOWN OF WAPPINGER
DUTCHESS COUNTY, NEW YORK
The undersigned, being all of the members of the Town
Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County, New York,
do hereby waive notice of the time and place of the holding
of a Special Meeting of said Town Board, and do hereby agree
and consent that the same be held on the 7th day of February,
1975, at 6:00 o'clock in the afternoon of that day at the Town
Hall of the Town of Wappinger, Mill Street, in the Village of
Wappingers Falls, Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County, New York,
for the transaction of all business which may properly come
before the meeting or any adjournment t

was held on February 7, 1975 at 6:00 P.M. at the Town Hall,
Mill Street, Wappingers Falls, New York. All Board members
being present and having signed the above waiver of notice of

Special Meeting, each for himself, Supervisor Diehl called the
meeting to order at 6:05 P.M.

Perform test borings on the above roads at the cost of $250.00
per day for an approximate total cost of $2,500.00.

Motion Unanimously Carried
A letter was received from Jack Hill, Public Health Adminis-
trator, Department of Health, dated February 3, 1975 approving
the issuance of C.O.'s for Lots #18, 58, 61, 63, 65, 67, 68 and
69 in the Spook Hill Estates in the Town of Wappinger.
MR. DIEHL moved that the Building Inspector be directed to
issue C.O's as recommended by Jack Hill, Public Health Adminis-
trator, Department of Health, letter dated February 3, 1975,
for Lots #18, 58, 61, 63, 65, 67, 68 and 69 in the Spook Hill
Estates in the Town of Wappinger.
Seconded by Mr. Clausen.
Motion Unanimously Carried
Mr. Rappleyea explained that generally C.O's must be given
after you've given out building permits, however, you can make
the building permits conditional.
MR. CL AUSEN moved to adjourn the meeting, seconded by Mr. Jensen
and unanimously carried.
The meeting adjourned at 6:30 P.M.
