MEETING OF THE TOWN BOARD OF
THE TOWN OF WAPPINGER
DUTCHESS COUNTY, NEW YORK
The undersigned, being all of the members of the ToWn
Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County, New York,
do hereby waive notice of the time and place of the holding
of a Special Meeting of said Town Board, and do hereby agree
and,consent that the same be held on the 4th day of November,
1974,,at 7:00 o'clock in the afternoon of 'that day at the Town
Hall of the Town of Wappinger, Mill Street, in the Village of
Wappingers Falls, Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County, New York,
for the transaction of all business which may properly come
before the meeting or any adjournment thereof

A Special Meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger
was held on November 4, 1974, at 7:00 P.M. in the Town Hall, Mill
Street, Wappingers Falls., New York.
All Board members being present, and having signed the above
Notice of Special Meeting, each for himself, Supervisor
ailed the meeting to order at 7:00 P.M.

WHEREAS) it is theidesire of the Town Board of the Town of
appinger to avoid the high interest costs, which are often
incurred as a result of borrowing for the construction of capital
projects, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED that a Capital Reserve Fund is hereby established
for the purpose of sting aside funds froM time to time from
surplus funds, budget appropriations ortAn-expended,balances fOr
the rpose og cquisition of land and,',4aildIngs for a Town Hall
site, which 4gund shall be, limiteditolqwhiamount of $375,000.000
