Be it Ordained by the Town Board of the Town of Waoainaer as follows: SECTION I: Section a (c) of the Town of Wappinger Ordinance for ad- ministering and enforcing the State Building and Construction Code Is hereby amended to read as follows: 8 lU Each application for a building permit shall be accompanied by duplicate copies of plans and specifications, including a plot plan, drawn to scale, showing the location and size of all proposed new construction and all existing structures on the site, the nature and character of the work hit be performed and the materials to be in- corporated, distance from lot lines, the relationship of structures on adjoining property, widths and grades of adjoining streets, walks and alleys, and, where required by the Chief Building In• Spector, details of structural, mechanical and electrical work, in- ducting computations, stress diagrams and other essential technical data, During the progress of the con- struction of any structure, the applicant and or owner shall provide the Chief Building Inspector with a certification by a prof,ssional engineer Or licensed surveyor 11 7lcating that the footings and or foundation are located upon the building site In accordance with the filed site plan or any amendments thereto. Such certificates shall be filed with the Chief Building Inspector prior to the time any work is commenced above the foundation, Plans and specifications shell bear the signature of the person responsible for the design and drawings.
