Resolution Appointing a Member to the Town of Wappinger Board of Assessment Review
At a regular meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County, New
York, held at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New York, on March 28, 2011.
The meeting was called to order by Christopher Colsey, Supervisor, and upon roll being called,
the following were present:
PRESENT: Supervisor - Christopher J. Colsey
Councilmembers - William H. Beale
Vincent F. Bettina (Arrived at 7:34 PM)
Ismay Czarniecki
Joseph P. Paoloni
ABSENT:
The following Resolution was introduced by Supervisor Colsey and seconded by Councilman
Paoloni.
WHEREAS, a vacancy exists on the Town of Wappinger Board of Assessment Review effective
March 21, 2011, and
WHEREAS, the position was held by Ramesh Naik through March 21, 2011, with a term to
expire September 30, 2011; and
WHEREAS, the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger wishes to appoint Lynn Myers to fill
the unexpired portion of the five-year term on the Board of Assessment Review, which expires on
September 30, 2011.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that Lynn Myers is hereby appointed to fill the
five-year term through September 30, 2011, on the Board of Assessment Review.
The foregoing was put to a vote which resulted as follows:
