2011-2142011-214 Resolution Replacing Greenway Signage at Fieldstone At a regular meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County, New York, held at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New York, on June 13, 2011. The meeting was called to order by Christopher Colsey, Supervisor, and upon roll being called, the following were present: PRESENT: Supervisor Councilmembers ABSENT: Christopher J. Colsey William H. Beale Vincent F. Bettina Ismay Czarniecki Joseph P. Paoloni The following Resolution was introduced by Councilman Beale and seconded by Councilman Bettina. WHEREAS, the Town of Wappinger utilizes signage throughout the Town of Wappinger at several residential sites; and WHEREAS, the Greenway signage, including posts, were stolen from the entrance of Fieldstone Boulevard over the weekend of April 23 - 24, 2011; and WHEREAS, the incident was reported to the Dutchess County Sheriff's Office and recorded as Incident No. 2011-17479, and such property has not been recovered; and WHEREAS, the original and subsequent replacement signage has been provided by Superior Signs and the following estimates for replacement have been gained: Sianaae Cost Budget Line Fieldstone 30" x 60" $325.00 A7110.418 (Park Signs) Greenway sign $75.00 A7110.418 (Park Signs) NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, as follows: 1. The recitations above set forth are incorporated in this resolution as if fully set forth and adopted herein. 2. Supervisor Christopher Colsey is hereby authorized to replace the aforementioned signage in accordance with the estimate provided to the Town Board in support of this resolution from Budget Line A7110.418.
