Resolution Approving Fund Transfer for the Purpose of Dutchess County Election
Expenses
At a regular meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County,
New York, held at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New York, on August 8,
2011.
The meeting was called to order by William H. Beale, Deputy Supervisor, and upon roll
being called, the following were present:
PRESENT: Deputy Supervisor
Councilmembers

Vincent F. Bettina
Ismay Czarniecki
Joseph P. Paoloni (Arrived 7:31 pm)
The following Resolution was introduced by Councilman Bettina and seconded by
Councilwoman Czarniecki.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Town of Wappinger Town Board
authorizes the transfer of $3,193.00 from A1930.0400 (Judgments and Claims) to A1450.0400
(Elections) for the purpose of remitting payment of $56,193 to the Dutchess County
Commissioner of Finance for shared election costs.
The foregoing was put to a vote which resulted as follows:
