Resolution Establishing Salaries for Elected Officials in the Town of Wappinger
At a regular meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County, New
York, held at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New York, on January 4,2012.
The meeting was called to order by Barbara Gutzler, Supervisor, and upon roll being called, the
following were present:

ABSENT:
The following Resolution was introduced by Councilwoman Czamiecki and seconded by
Kuzmicz.
BE IT RESOLVED, that the annual salaries for the following named elected Town Officers be
and the same hereby are fixed and established at the following rates in accordance with the duly adopted
budget of the Town of Wappinger for calendar year 2012:

$26,780.00 Town Justice

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the salaries of the persons holding the aforementioned
Positions shall be divided over a 52 week pay period, and paid weekly, commencing on January 6, 2012,
and thereafter for the remainder of the 2012 calendar year.
