Resolution Appointing a Member to the Town of Wappinger Planning Board
At a regular meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess
County, New York, held at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New York,
on January 4,2012.
The meeting was called to order by Barbara Gutzler, Supervisor, and upon roll
being called, the following were present:

Michael Kuzmicz
ABSENT:
The following Resolution was introduced by Councilman Kuzmicz and seconded by
Councilman Bettina.
WHEREAS, the appointment of Angela Bettina to the Town of Wappinger Planning
Board expired on December 31, 2011; and
WHEREAS, the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger wishes to re-appoint
Angela Bettina to the Planning Board for a seven (7) year term, which term will expire on
December 31, 2018.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that Angela Bettina is hereby appointed
as a member of the Town of Wappinger Planning Board for a seven (7) year term
commencing January 1,2012, with the appointment terminating December 31, 2018.
The foregoing was put to a vote which resulted as follows:
