1972-11-09 PH48 A Public Hearing was held by the Town Boardof the Town of Wappinger on November 9, 1972, at the Town Hall, Mill Street, Wappingers Falls, New York, on the Preliminary Budget o the Town of Wappinger for the fiscal year beginning January lst, 1973. Deputy Supervisor Clausen opened the Hearing at 7:43 P.M. Present: Louis Clausen, Deputy Supervisor Harry Holt, Councilman Leif Jensen, Councilman Stephen Saland, Councilman Elaine H. - Snowden, Town Clerk Absent: Louis Diehl, Supervisor Others Present: Allan Rappleyea, Attorney to the Town William Horton, Superintendent of Highways The Town Clerk offered for the reco*d the Affidavit of Posting duly signed and notarized, and the 4ffidavit of Publication duly signed and notarized by Albert M. O4ten of the W&SD News. (These Affidavits are attached here o and made a part hereof of the Minutes of this Hearing). Deputy Supervisor Clausen asked if anyone wished to speak for or against the Preliminary Budget. No one spoke for or against the Budget. MR.
