Resolution Authorizing Refund of Unused Grading Escrow in Connection with Gregory King
(Grading Permit #2010-7141)
At a regular meeting of the Town Board ofthe Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County, New
York, held at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New York, on January 23,2012.
The meeting was called to order by Barbara Gutzler, Supervisor, and upon roll being called, the
following were present:

ABSENT:
The following Resolution was introduced by Councilman Kuzmicz and seconded by
Councilwoman Czarniecki.
WHEREAS, on or about August 13,2010, Gregory King made a deposit in the amount of Two
Thousand, Five Hundred Dollars ($2,500.00) into an escrow account with the Town of Wappinger in
connection with an application for a Grading Permit (permit # 2010-0741); and
WHEREAS, all work has been completed, inspected and approved by Barbara Roberti, Zoning
Administrator and Robert J. Gray, P.E., Engineer to the Town; and
WHEREAS, Gregory King has requested that the escrow be returned.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
1. The recitations above set forth are incorporated in this Resolution as if fully set forth and
adopted herein.
2. The Town Board hereby authorizes a return of escrow to Gregory King in the amount of
Two Thousand, Five Hundred Dollars ($2,500.00).
The foregoing was put to a vote which resulted as follows:

Grading Permit # 2010-0741
Dear Supervisor Gutzler,
Grading permit #2010-0741 has been fulfilled and closed out with an asbuilt dated July 12,
2011. Mr. Robert Gray signed off on July 27, 2011 that the site was finished and acceptable.
Therefore the balance in the escrow account, in the amount of $2,500.00 may be refunded to the
applicant.
