Amending Resolution 2012-133
At a regular meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County, New
York, held at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New York, on April 9, 2012.
The meeting was called to order by Barbara Gutzler, Supervisor, and upon roll being called, the
following were present:

ABSENT:
The following Resolution was introduced by Councilman Bettina and seconded by Councilman
Beale.
WHEREAS, on March 26, 2012, the Town Board adopted Resolution 2012-133 Appointing
Secretary to the Planning Board and Zoning Board of Appeals;
WHERERAS, the annual salary of Susan Rose was incorrectly set as $26,138.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
1. The recitations above set forth are incorporated in this Resolution as if fully set forth and
adopted herein.
2. It is hereby resolved that Resolution 2012-133 adopted by the Town Board on March 26,
2012 is hereby amended to reflect that the correct established annual salary for Susan
Rose is $28,759.00, not $26,138.00 pro-rated from January 4,2012.
The foregoing was put to a vote which resulted as follows:
