The following Resolution was introduced by SUPERVISOR DIEHL
who moved its adoption: ;0 '
WHEREAS, the Mayim Water Company made written application
for the consent of the Town of Wappinger to install a well and
storage tank on the premises in its territory and
WHEREAS, the Mayim Water Company has filed with the.Town
Clerk a planshowing the,proposed installation, and
WHEREAS, the Town of Wappinger has conducted a public hearing
upon paid application, NOW THEREFORE
BE IT RESOLVED that the Town of Wappinger hereby grants its
consent to the Mayim Water Companyfor the installation of a well
and storage tank in accordance with the plan on file with the
Town Clerk upon the following conditions:
1. That the Mayim Water Company shall have the consent
of the Dutchess County Department of Health for the proposed
installation.
2. That within 30 days after the installation of the
facilities the Mayim Water Company shall file with the Town
Clerk a copy of the plans "as built" duly certified by a,
licensed engineer.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all other requirements of Local
Law #2 of 1967 are hereby waived.

Mr. Diehl stated that, as he was going away on vacation and:Deputy
Supervisor Louis Clausen is also away fcir the'summer, he hereby
appoints Harry F. Holt as Acting Supervisor, Town of Wappinger,
in his absence.
