A Public Hearing was held by the Town Board of the Town of
Wappinger on November 23, 1970, at Town Hall, Mill Street, Wappingers
Falls, New York, on an application made by Schoonmaker Bros, Inc.
in accordance with Section 14 of Local Law No. 2, 1967, for exemp-
tion from Local Law No. 2, 1967, in respect to establishment, con-
struction, installation, extension,;;enlargement, acquisition and
operation of the water supply and distribution systems as shown on
the subdivision plats filed by Schoonmaker Bros. Inc. and Dutchess
.Heights, Inc. in Dutchess County Clerk's Office.
Supervisor Diehl opened the Public Hearing at 7:35 P.M.

The Clerk offered for the record, the Affidavit of Posting duly
signed and notarized, and the Affidavit of Publication duly signed
and notarized by Beatrice Osten, Editor -Publisher of the W&SD News.
(These Affidavits are attached hereto and made a part hereof of the
Minutes of this Hearing.)
Mr. Diehl asked if there• were any questions.
Mr. Clausen asked if they were asking for extension of pipes in the
area.
Mr. Mills moved to close the Hearing, seconded by Mr. Holt and
carried.
The Hearing closed at 7:45 P.M.
