A Special Meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger was
held July 21, 1970, at the Town Hall, Mill Street, Wappingers
Falls, New York.
Supervisor Diehl called the meeting to order at 8:20 P.M.
Present:

G. Donald Finnan, Councilman
Louis Clausen, Councilman
Harry Holt, Councilman
James Mills, Councilman
Elaine Snowden, Town Clerk
Others Present:
Allen Rappleyea, Attorney to the Town
Rudolph Lapar, Engineer to the Town
Notice of Special meeting was mailed to the Town Board members
on July 17, 1970, by the Town Clerk.
The matter to be taken under consideration was the Hill Top Water
Works Corp.
The following Resolution was offered by Councilman MILLS,
who moved its adoption:
WHEREAS Hill Top Water -Works Corp. has made an application
for the consent of the Town Board of the Town of Wappingei-for
, the extension and enlargement of its water supply pursuant to
Local Law #2 of 1967, and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT
RESOLVED that the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger shall
conduct a public hearing upon said application on the llth day
of August, 1970, at 7:30 P.M. at the Town Hall in the Town of
Wappinger, County of Dutchess and State of New York.
