1967-12-29 SPMWAIVER OF NOTICE OF SPECIAL
MEETING OF THE TOWN BOARD OF
THE TOWN OF WAPPINGER,
DUTCHESS COUNTY, NEW YORK
The undersigned, being all of the members of. the Town Board of the
Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County, New York, do hereby waive notice of
the time and place of the holding of a special meeting of said Town Board,
and do hereby agree and consent that the same be held on the 29th day of
December, 1961, at 2:00 o'clock in the afternoon of that day at the Town
Hall of the Town of Wappinger, Mill Street in the Village of Wappingers
Falls, Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County, New York, for the transaction
of all business which may properly come before the meeting or any adjourn—
ment thereof.
Due and timely notice of the above mentioned meeting is hereby admitted.

Mr. Francese moved the bills be paid, subject to audit. Seconded by
Mr. Diehl. Motion Carried
The following Resolution was proposed by Mr. Francese who moved its
adoption:
RESOLVED, that the sum of $200.00 be and the same hereby is
appropriated to account "Elections", item "Compensation of Custodians"
and that said sum is hereby transferred thereto from account "Elections",
item "Compensation of Officials".
RESOLVED, that the sum of $150.00 be and the same hereby is
appropriated to account "Justice of Peace", item "Office & Other Expenses"
and that said sum is hereby transferred thereto from account "Supervisor"
item "Office & Other"
RESOLVED, that the sum of $50.00 be and the same hereby is
appropriated to account "Justice of Peace", item "Compensation of
Employees" and that said sum is hereby transferred thereto from account
"Supervisor", item "Office & Other"
RESOLVED, that the sum of $1,200.00 be and the same hereby is
appropriated to account "Association of Towns", item "Expenses", and
that said sum is hereby transferred thereto from account "Feasibility
Studies"
RESOLVED, that the sum of $350.00 be and the same hereby is
appropriated to account "Youth Agency", item "Equipment" and that said
sum is hereby transferred thereto from account "Youth Agency", item
"Compensation".
RESOLVED, that the sum of $550.00 be and the same hereby is
appropriated to account "Parks & Playgrounds", item "Compensation of
Employees", and that said sum is hereby transferred thereto from
account "Parks & Playgrounds", item "purchase of Equipment"
RESOLVED, that the sum of $5,600.00 be and the same hereby is
appropriated to account "Parks & Playgrounds", item "Improvement of
Playgrounds", and that said sum is hereby transferred thereto from
account "Parks & Playgrounds" item "Other Expenses".
RESOLVED, that the sum of $500.00 be and the same hereby is
appropriated to account "Town Hall & Offices", item "Other Expenses"
and that said sum is hereby transferred thereto from account "Town Hall
& Offices", item "Repairs, Light, Heat & Phone".

RESOLVED, that the sum of $2,000.00 be and the same hereby is
appropriated to account PART TOWN, item "ATTORNEY'S FEES AND EXPENSES
OF LITIGATION" and that said sum is hereby transferred thereto from
account "PART TOWN, item "CONSULTANT TO TOWN BOARD"
RESOLVED, that the sum of $1,622.00 be and the same hereby is
appropriated to account PART TOWN, item "ATTORNEYS'S FEES AND EXPENSES
OF LITIGATION" and that said sum is hereby transferred thereto from
account PART TOWN, item "PLANNING CONSULTANT".
RESOLVED, that the sum of $1,000.00 be and the same hereby is
appropriated to account "Parks & Playgrounds", item "Improvement of
Playgrounds" and that said sum is hereby transferred thereto from
account "Youth Agency", item "Compensation".
RESOLVED, that the sum of $1,700.00 be and the same hereby is
appropriated to account "Parks & Playgrounds", item "Improvement of
Playgrounds" and that said sum is hereby transferred thereto from
account "Feasibility Studies".
RESOLVED, that the sum of $100.00 be and the same hereby is
appropriated to account "Planning Board", item "Office & Other" and
that said sum is hereby transferred thereto from account "Planning
Consultant"
RESOLVED, that the sum of $680.00 be and the same hereby is
appropriated to account "Part -Town", item "Signs " and that said sum
is hereby transferred thereto from account "Planning Consultant".
RESOLVED, that the sum of $100.00 be and the same hereby is
appropriated to account "Part Town", item "Town Share Social Security"
and that said sum is hereby transferred thereto from account "Part
Town, Contingency", and it is further
RESOLVED, that the Supervisor of the Town of Wappinger be and
he hereby is authorized, empowered and directed to make such transfers
in accordance with the provisions of this resolution and it is further
RESOLVED, that the Town Board does hereby authorize, empower
and direct the Supervisor to expend said sum for the above mentioned
purpose and for no other purpose.
Seconded by Mr. Diehl. Resolution Duly Adopted.
Mr. Francese moved the meeting be adjourned, seconded by Mr. Diehl and
carried.
