1965-10-04 SPMA Special Meeting of the Town of Wappinger Town Board was held on Monday Evening
October 4, 1965^ Wappingers Falls, New York.
Present: Supervisor, R. H. Linge; Councilman George Robinson; Councilman
Louis Diehl; Justice of the Peace William J. Bulger; Justice of the Peace,
Vincent S. Francese; Deputy Town Clerk, Agnes M. Grosenbeck; Attorney for the
Town, Harold Reilly; Superintendent of Highwaysv Robert Lawson; and, Engineer
for the Town, Vincent C. Kelley.
Justice of the. Peace Bulger made a motion to call a Special Meeting for the
purpose of purchasing the 3 voting machines that are now being rented to
the Town^ with option to buy, seconded by Councilman Robinson.
Motion Carried
Councilman Diehl made the motion that Supervisor Linge take the necessary
steps to purchase 3 rented machines, under option, before Nov. 1, 1965,
which will save the Town approximately $345^O0, seconded by Justice of the
Peace Francese.
Motion Carried
Justice of the Peace Bulger made a motion that the meeting go into recess,
seconded by Justice of the Peace Francese.
