A special meeting of the Town Board, Town of Wappinger was held
on Thursday, Februar y 20th, 1964, in the Town Hall, Mill Street,
Wappingers Falls, N. Y.
Present: -Supervisor -Richard H. Linge, Justices of the Peace -
William Bulger and Vincent Francese, Councilmen -Malcolm Hait,
& George Robinson, Town Attorney -Judson Williams, Town Clerk
Helen L. Travis.
Meeting was called to order at 10:45 P. M. by Richard H. Linge, Supervisor
Bills were presented as follows:

Motion was made by Councilman Robinson and seconded by Justice
of the Peace Bulger that the bills be paid. Motion carried
Motion was made by Justice of the Peace Francese and seconded by

Planning Board for e full times replacing Howard G. Winne.
Motion was made by y William Bulger and seconded by Councilman
Robinson that a letter be sent to Mr. Howard Winne, stating
that they were sorry he did not see fit to remain on the
Planning Board and thanking him for the work he had done.
Motion carried
Motion was made by Justice of the Peace Bulger and seconded
by Councilman Robinson that the Town purchase a Peco Copying

Motion carried.
Motion wqs made by Councilman Robinson and seconded by Justice
of the Peace Buld}er that the Town Attorney write to the State-

k; G€.,oral Corpsof Engineers stating that the Town
did not approve of permission being granted for a MaximaxButa
at the Chelsea Yacht Club until it had been looked into further.
Motion carried
Motion made by Justice of the Peace Francese and seconded by
Justice of the Peace Bulger that the Town accept the following

Work to be started immediately. Motion carried
Motion was made by Councilman Robinson and seconded by Justice
of the Peace Bulger that the meeting adjourn. Motion carried.
