1963-11-06 SPMA special meeting of the Town Board, Town of Wappinger was held on
Wednesday, November 6, 1963 at 5:30 P. M. at the Town Hall, Wapp-
ingers Falls, N. Y.
Present:Supervisor-Richard H. Linge, Councilmen -Malcolm Hait &
George Robinson, Justices of the Peace -William Bulger and Vincent
Francese.
The meeting was called to order by Richard H. Linge, Supervisor at
5:30 P. M.
Motion was made by Councilman Hait and seconded by Councilman Rob-
inson that the bond for Justice ad. Peace, William Bulger be set at
$4000.00. The following vote was taken -Supervisor Linge-Aye,
Councilman Hait-Aye, Councilman Robinson -Aye, Justices of the
Peace Francese and Bulger abstained from voting.
Motion was made by Councilman Robinson and seconded by Councilman
Hait that the bond for Justice of Peace, Vincent Francese be set at
$400.00. The following vote was taken -Supervisor Linge-Aye
Councilman Hait-Aye, Councilman Robinson Aye, Justice of the
Peace Francese and Bulger abstained from voting.
Motion was made by Councilman Hait and seconded by Councilman
Robinson that the salaries of the Justices be set as follows:
Justice of Peace -Vincent Francese $2000.00 per year, Justice
of the peace William Bulger $1200.00 per year. The following
vote teas taken -Richard H. Linge-Supervisor-Aye-Councilman
Robinson -Aye --Councilman Hait-Aye.
Motion was made by Councilman Hait & seconded by Councilman
Robinson that the meeting adjourn. Motion carried
