A agoctal mEeting of the Town Board, Town of Wappinger was held
on Tuesday evening, October 29, 1963 in the Wappingers Junior High
School Cafeteria.
The meeting was called to order by Supervisor Richard H. Linge
at 8:05 P. M.
Present:Supervisor-Richard H. Linge, Councilmen -Malcolm Hait &
George Robinson, Justices of the Peace -William Bulger & Vincent
Francese, Town Attorney=Judson Williams, Superintendent of
Highways -Kenneth Croshier, Town Clerk -Helen L. Travis
The following Resolution was made by Councilman Hait & seconded
by Sua1ice of Peace Bulger--
THEREAS, this Town Board has met at the time and place
specified in the notice of public hearing on the preliminary
imobudget and heard all persons desiring to be heard thereon;
now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that this awl. LLi.1 Town Board does hereby adopt such
preliminary budget as originally complied, as the annual
budget of this Town for the fiscal year beginning on the
1st day of January, 1964, and that such budget as so adopted
be entered in detail in the minutes of the proceedings of
this Town Board, and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Town Clerk of this Town
shall prepare and cerify, in duplicate, copies of said
annual budget as adopted by this Town Board, together with

the estimates, if any, adopted pursuant to section 202-a,
Subd, 2m br-tile Town Law and deliver one copy thereof to
the Supervisor of this Town to be presented by him to the
agn of Supervifor of this County.
The following vote was taken: Supervisor Linge--Aye, Councilman
Hait-Aye, Councilman Robinson -Aye, Justice of Peace Francese-Aye
Justice of Peace Bulger -Aye.
Motion was made by Councilman ;Hait and seconded by Justice of Peace
Robinson that the meeting adjourn.
Motion carried.
