A Special meeting was held on Tuesday evening, August 27th, 1963
in the Town Hall, Mill Street, Wappingers Falls, N. Y.
Present -Richard H. Linge-Supervisor, Malcolm Hait and George Rob-
inson, Councilmen, William Bulger and Vincent Francese-Justices
of the Peace, Joseph Ladewig, Bukclding Inspector and Zoning
Inspector, Helen L. Travis -Town Clerk.
Supervisor Richard H. Linge-Supervisor opened the meeting at
9:10 PP. M.
The matter of the amendment to the Zoning Ordinance, reaoning
certain land now zoned R-15 and R-40 one family residential to
R-20 one family residential, such land lying easterly of Sppok
Hill Road, southerly of Kent Road and mostly northerly of the
Hopewell Junction Road was presented to the Board.
A motion was made by Justice of the Peace Bulger and seconded
by Councilman Hait that this amendment be rected. The
motion was unanimously carried.
A motion was made by Councilman Robinson and seconded by Just-
ice of the Peace Bulber that we purchase a new voting machine
from the Rockwell Manufacturing Company. Motion carried
Councilman Robinson said that he had been approached by the
Village asking him to bring before the Board the matter of a
combined incinerator. Supervisor Ling is to make contact and
see if he can get 2 representatives to meet with the Village
about this matter.
