1963-06-03 PHAn open hearing was held on June 3r, 1963 at the Hughsonville -�
Firehouse at 8 o*clock for the purpose of a proposed Batention
of the Hughsonville Light District.
Present:-Supervisor-Richard H. Linge, Councilmen-Malcolm Hait
& George Robinson, Justice of the Peace -William Bulger.
Russell Aldrich, Attorney and Elmer Crsnz of the Central
Hudson Gas & Electric Corp.
The map of the District was offered by Russell Aldrich showing
the poles in the District, as well as map showing entire 8istrict.
Mt. Cranz explained the plans to extend the District and the
approximate cost.
Several questions were asked be the group and were answered by
Mr. Aldrich and Mr. Cranz.
Motion was made by Justice of Peace Bulger and seconded by
Councilman Robinson that Councilman Hait be empowered to take
the minutes in the absence of the Town Clerk. Motion carried
A proposal was made by Supervisor Linge that a vote be taken
on the enlargement of the Light District not to excwed $2,000.00.

Motioln was made by Councilman Robinson and seconded by Justice
of the Peace Bulger that the extension of the Hgghsonville
Light District, not exceeding $2,000.00 increase be accepted.
Motion carried.
Motion was made by Councilman Hait and seconded by Justice of
Peace Robinson that the meeting adjourn.
