be paid. Carried
Motion made by Councilman Hager seconded by Justice Beatty that Rosewood
Drive be accepted as a Town Road. Carried
Motion made by Justice Beatty seconded by Justice ?Lyons that the road
known as the South Fowler House Road as described in a deed from Charles D.
and Margaret J.Card to the Town of Wappinger dated June 9,1955 be accepted
as a public highway of the Town of Wappinger. Motion Carried
Motion made by Councilman Hager seconded by Justice Lyons that meeting
adjourn. Carried
