Carried A delegation from Civil Defense Comprising Walter Altonen,William Berg & William Kauffman appeared before the Town Board concerning their work in the Toxon of Wappinger and Village of Wappingers Falls. The matter was referred to the Town Attorney for further consideration. Mr.Willis Thorn appeared before the Town Board concerning deed to Thorn Acres Town of Wappinger. Matter was referred to the Town Attorney. Motion made by Councilman Hager seconded by Judge Kelly that meeting adjourn. Motion carried. Health Officer Dr.William E.Garlick appeared before the Towyn Board and reported that there were no contagious or infectious diseases in Town of Wappinger and that Town health was in excellent condition.
