Peter Coughlin and Douglas Wixom of Chelsea appeared before the Town Board
concerning the blocking off of a Town RMd known -as Front -Street. on the;,
of the boat yard leading to the river
easterly'di,'GAThe opinion of the Town Board was,the same -was a Town Road
and an effort would be made to open this road to the river.
Motion made by Councilman Hager seconded by Judge Kelly that the Town Attorney
be authorized to write a letter stating that South Fowler House Road extension
and Card Road will be accepted by the Town when they meet the requirements
of the Town Superintendent. Carried
