Motion made by Judge Kelly seconded by Councilman Mewkill that bills be paid.
Motion carried.
I1otion made by Judge Beatty seconded by Councilman r.lewkill that the road known
as Hackensack Heights running easterly & northerly from State Rt -376 for
approximately eight tenths of a mile be accepted as a public Highway of the
Town of Wappinger. Motion Carried.
Motion made by Judge Kelly seconded by Judge Beatty that Dwight Robbins be
appointed dog enumerator for the Town of Wappinger for the year 1957.

about 300 feet from the Old Ibst Road,be accepted as a Torn High7ray of the
Town of Wappinger,effective upon compliance with all of the follo-ing requirements
The delivery to the Toti^m of Wappinger of a good and sufficient irarranty deed.
(2) Zhe delivery of a survey map of said road.
(3) The delivery to the Town of Wappinger of a performance 'gond in the
penal sum of $2000.00 conditioned upon completion of said road by the Contractor
in accordance Vrith the specifications of the Town Superintendent of Iiigln-rays
