JAMES J. LYONS, being duly sworn, deposes and says
That on the 16th day of March, 1957 he posted five
(5) copies of the attached notice in the five following locatio
viz:
Street.
Veatch St.
1. At the corner of DiMarcantonio Place and Maple
2. At the corner of Paggi Terrace and Veatch St.
3. At the corner of DAMarean.tonio Place and
4. At the center of DiMareantonio Place.
5• At the easterly end of Gilmore Blvd. South.
That all of the foregoing locations are public
places in the Town of Wappinger and within the territory proposed
to be annexed to the Village of Wappingers Falls as requested in
a petition filed with the Town Board of the Town of Wappingers on
March 7th, 1957•
