Motion carried Motion made by Judge Kelly seconded by Judge Beatty that the Supervisor be empowered to employ a Census Taker to take Census of the new proposed election Dist.#6 Mahon Carried 1 tit3 Motion made by Fudge Beatty seconded by Councilman Mewkill that the following resolution be accepted Motion carried Resolved that the Card Road and South.Fowler House Road,north Extension be accepted as public highways of the Town of Wappinger,this acceptance to become effective upon,delivery to the Town of an agreement in writing binding Charles D.&c Margaret J.Card to construct a swale along the southerly line of Card road from the culvert at the east end of said road to the culvert at the west end of said road. Motion made by Judge Kelly secpnded by Councilman Mewkill that meeting adjourn. Motion carried w No Board of Health meeting was held. Town Clerk . - The following resolution was offered by Judge Kelly seconded by councilman Menrki.l.l.. Resolved that election district #4 of the Town of Wappinger,commmly known as the Hughsonville District,be and the same hereby is divided and that a neer district to be known as District #6 be and the same hereby is created said District #6 to be comprised of all that portion of former District described in Schedule A attached hereto and hereby made a part of this resolution and District #4 to be hereafter comprised of the balance of former District #4. The former resolution being put to vote on roll call was unanimously adopted.
