Motion made by Justice of the Peace Beatty seconded by Councilman Mager
Resolved:That a proposed road known as Ervin Drive running southerly ftom
the Myers Corner Road approximately twelve hundred feet to lands of Daino
and being fifty feet in width be accepted as a public highway of the Town
of Wappingerlsuch acceptance to become effective if and when a warranty deed
be delivered conveying the same to the Township and providing for an easement
of an eighty foot turn around at the end thereof and such other drainage
easements as may be required by the Town Superintendent of Highways.
Motion carried.
Motion made by Judge Beatty seconded by Councilman Hager that meeting adjourn.
