Motion Carried 197 Ken Thornton appeared before the Town Board concerning road signs on various Town and County Roads Harold Travis of Lydia Drive came before the Board relative to the acceptance of Lydia Drive by the Town. Supt.of Highway Virgil Knight informed Mr -.Travis that this road would be accepted when Mr.Eck Extended a culvert with an eight foot extension covered with two loads of gravel just north of Mr.Travisis house Mr.Louis Eck was in attendance and promised to fulfill the Boards request. Supervisor Scofield reported that he had notified New York State Traffic Commission that a stop sign had been'placed at the exit of the Liss Road which connects Route 9. The traffic commission had requested that they be notified when the stop sign had been erected. Motion made by Judge Kelly seconded by Councilman Mawkill That the Following ordinance permitting the games of Bingo within the territorial limits of the said Town of Wappinger in accordance with the provisions of ,Article 1 S@ction 9 of the Constitution of the State of New York as amended.The Provisions of Article i4 G of the general Municipal Law Article 19 B of the executive Law and the rules and regulations of the State Lottery Control Commission. Motion Carried. Motion made by Councilman Hager seconded by Councilman Mewkill that meeting Adjourn. Motion Carried Town Clerk
