Scofield, Councilmen; Harold J. Mewkill and Emory J. Hager, Justice's of Peace: Joseph F. Kelly and Edward B Beatty; -Superintendent of Highway -Virgil Knight; -Town Engineer: -Charles Manieii and Deputy Town Clerk: Helen L. Travis. The meeting was called to order by Supervisor Edward R. The enumerator is to begin his work on December lst and be finished completely by February 10th, at which date the report must be turned over to the State. Motion carried Mr. William Biasotti wished to place his name on file for the postion of Dog Catcher. A letter was read from the Beacon Board of Education asking for the use iof the voting machine at Chelsea for the coming school election. The machine to be used at the Cheleea School House. A motion was made by Judge Beatty and secounded by Councilman Hager that permission be granted for the use of the voting machine, but that the custodians of the machines must take charge of same and that they are to be compensated by the Neacon Board of Edycation. Motion carried %62 Mr. Sam Hankins, of the Wappinger Park Development appeared before the Board, asking if the Board would accept the roads in the dev— elopement for plowing) at the next meeting if they were approved by the Town Superindnendent and a proper deed and a performance bond was presented., insuring proper completion of the roads when wetther permits. The Board agreed to favor acceptance of the roads if these conditions were met and presented at the next Board meeting on December 10th. Mr, Arthur Bisom appeared before the Board asking about equali%tion rates for school taxes. Board stated they hate nothing whatever j to do with these taxes. The bills for the month of October were read. A Motion was made by Councilman Mewkill and seconded by Judge Beatty that the bills be paid. Motion carried A motion was made by Councilman Hager and seconded by councilman Mewki l that the meetin adjourn. Motion carried. Deputy Town Clerk C
