Councilmen:-:lalcolrn I. Hait and Emory J. Hager, Town Attorney -James J. Lyons,
EaVene Corte, Chairman of Planning Board, Eugene Schuele, Planning Board,
Town Clem, Het en L. Travis.
The meeting was opened by Suneryisor-Richard H. Linge at 7:30 P. NI.
A resolution was made by Judge Kelly and seconded by Coucilman Hait as

RESOLVQ that the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, in so far as the same
is perili.tted by lair, does agree to appropriate moneys in budgets to be hereafter
adopted by said Board, in an a�,.nount• sufficient to cover 215% of the cost of
any Town Planning and Zoning program undertaken by the Board.
Supervisor Eichard H. Linge, announced the appoint of 7!illiam Ryan, Cruairman
assisted by Rot,p_rt Conklin and Hugh daurer, to the Recrettion Committee.
A rrrot:i.on was made by Councilman Hait and seconded by Judge Kel-ly that
the meeting adjourn. Motion. carried.
