1961-12-14A special meeting of the Town Board, Town of Wappinger was held
on Thursday evening, December 14th, 1961.
Present: Supervisor -Richard H. Linge, Councilman , Malcolm I.
Hait, Justices of the Peace -Jospeh F. Kelly & Edward B. Beatty,
Mr. Murrill Effron appeared before Board in befhalf of Fleetwood
Manor. Mr. Mewkill Stated drainage and culvert were now O. K.
Motion was made by Judge Beatty and seconded by councilman Hait
that Fleetwood Drive and Ronsue Drive be accepted by the Board
upon presentation of Deed and also presentation of Bond.
Motion carried.
Mr. Eck presented plan for water and sewerage system at Orchard
Homes, Inc. This was explained by Mr. Joseph A. Kestner, Jr.
consulting Engineer. Discussion followed.
Mr. Conte and several members of the Planning Board attended.
Motion was made by Judge Betty and seconded by Councilman Hait
that the meetingadjourn. Motion carried.
