A special meeting of the Town Board, Town of Wappinger was held in
the Town Hall, on Monday, January 8, 1962.
Present: -Supervisor -Richard H. Binge, Justicesof Peace -Edward B.
Beatty and Joseph F. Kelly, Councilmen -George Robinson and Malcolm
I. Hait.
The meeting was opened at 8:00 o'clock by Supervisor, Richard H.
Binge.
The following appointments were made.
Recreation Commission
Clinton Urey
S. William Berg
Robert E. Conklin
Harold B. Ingalls
Kenneth Jennings.
Motion was made by Judge Kelly and seconded by Judge Beatty that the
above
fxixxtmg appointments be accepted. Motion carried.
Planning Board of Appeals
Robert Gruendle
Thomas Graham
Wilmer Ifill
Motion made by George Robinson.. andseconded by Councilm Hait that the
above appointments be accepted. Motion carried
There was a discussion about activating constables, but no definite
action was taken.
William Clarkson was appointed a constable. Motion was made by Judge
Beatty and seconded by Judge Kelly that this appointment be made.
Motion carried.
Motion was made by Judge Beatty and seconded by Judge Kelly that
the meeting adjourn. Motion carried.
