A special meeting of the Town Board, Town of Wappinger was
held on Thursday, October 25th, 1962 in the Town Hall, Mill
Street.
Present: Supervisor -Richard H. Linge, Councilmen -Malcolm
Hait and George Robinson, Justice of the Peace -Joseph F.
Kelly, Town Attorney -Judson Williams, Town Clerk -Helen
L. Travis.
The meeting was opened at 6 P. M. by Supervisor, Richard
H. Linge.
Eu 'ene donte of the Planning Board presented the Zoning
Ordinance with changes to the Town Board,
Motion was made by Couctlman Hait and seconded by Councilman
Robinson that the Board receive same. Motion carried.
Motion was made by Councilman Robinson and seconded by
Councilman Hait that the date of November 126h, 1962, at 7:30 P.M.
be set for the public hearing on the Zoning, at the
Wappingers Central School Cafeteria. Motion carried,
Motion was made by Councilman Hait and seconded bar Council-
man Robinson that the meeting adjourn.
