Special meeting of the Town Board, Town of Wappinger' was held
at the Town Hall, Mill Street on Monday evening, November 26,
1962 at 7:05 P. M.
Present: Supervisor -Richard H. Linge-Colinailmen-Malcolm Hait
and George Rbhinson, Atborney-Judson
The meeting was called to order by Supervisor Richard H. Linge.
The following resolution was presented by Councilman Robinson
and seconded by Councilmam Hait and carried.
RESOLVED,That Vincent S. Francese is hereby appointed
Justice of the Peace of the Town of Wappinger to fill the vacancy
created by the resignation of Justice of the Peace, Edward B.
Beatty, and further
RESOLVED, that the annual salary of Justice of the Peace
Vincent Francese is hereby fixed at the sum of $600.00 payable
monthly.
A discussion was held between the Town Board and the Attorney,
Murrill E. Effron pertaining, to the L & A. Sewage Disposal
Corporation.
Informal approval was given by the Town Board for the formation of
the corporation.
Motion was made by Councilman Robinson and seconded by Councilman
Hait that the meeting adjourn.
