1962-12-2731 Toe Annual Meeting of the Town Board, Town of Wappinger, was held in the Town Hall, on Thursday evening, Decemb9r 27th, 1962. Present: -Supervisor -Richard H. Lange, Councilmen -Malcolm Hait and George Rolginson, Justice of the Peace-Vinod/It Francese, Town Engineer -Charles Maneri, Town Attorney -Judson Williams, Town Clerk -Helen L. Travis. The meeting was opened at 8 P. M. by Supervisor -Richard H. Linge. The bills for the month of December were read. Motion was made by Councilman Hait and seconded by Councilman Robinson and carried that the bills be paid. Mewkill, Sr., to take effect January 14, 1963. The following resolution was made by Councilman Hait and seconded by Councilman Robinson. Resolution carried WHEREAS, tzheeannual budget for the furrent fiscal year includes an appropriation in the amount of $2000.00 for contin- gent purposes, and WHEREAS, after due allowance for outstanding claims and for futher expenditures chargeable against such appropriation or account, there is an unexpended balance in said appropriation or account in the amount of $1,769.74. RESOLVED, that 5229.40 of said unexpended balance be and hereby is transferred to the Town Hall, Purchase of Furnit- ure and fixtures, and that the amount heretoffre appropriated for such purposes be and hereby is increased by such amount, and further RESOLVED, that50.88 of said unexpended balance be and hereby is transferred to the assessors -Compensation of Em- ployees and that the amount heretofore appropriated for such purpose be and hereby is increased by such amount. The following resolution was made by Councilman Robinson and seconded by Justice of Peace Franceses. Resolution carried. WHEREAS, the annual budget .for the current fiscal year includes an appropriation in the amount,of 52200.00 for Election. -Compensation of Employees, and WHEREAS, AFter due allowance for outstanding claims and for futher expenditures chargeable against such apropriation or account, there is an unexpended balance in s aid appropriation or account in the amount of RESOLVED THAT J 205.88. 150.00 of said unexpended balance be 23,1 and hereby is transferred to the Election -Compensation of Custodian of voting machines, and that the amount heretofore appropriated for such purpose be and hereby is increased by such amount. The following resolution was made by Councilman Hait and sec- onded by Justice of the Peace, Vincent Francese. Resolution carried. WHEREAS, the annual budget for the current fiscal year includes an appropriation in the amount of $200.00 for Election Other Expenses, and WHEREAS, after due allowance for outstanding claims and for furhher expenditures chargeable against such appropriation or account, there is an unexpended balance in said appropriation or account in the amount of $186.4.2. RESOLVED, that $60.00 of said unexpended balance be and hereby is transferred to the Election -Rent of Poling Places, and that the amount heretofore appropriated for such purpose be and hereby is increased by such amount. Fred. Koehler introduced Mr. John Zenzynemarg who spoke on the proposed zoning ordinanc6. A letter was receiged from Residents of Quiet Acres regarding zoning in that area. Motion was made by Councilman Hait and seconded by Councilman Robinson that the meeting adjourn. Motion carried. Signed.
