in regards to a communication received from the Board ' o f
Trustees of the New Hackensack Fire Co.,!that the polling place
in District#3 be hereafter stationed in�the New Hackensack
Fire House,this adjustment to take place' after Primary Day

Resolved that the proposed Town Highway dedicated to the Town of
Nappinger,by Ward S-Scofield,oe and the same,hereby is accepted as
a Town Highway and the Town Superintendent of Highways b:e and he 4
hereby is authorized and directed to lay Out,operate and maintain
the same as such.
