be paid. Carried
Supervisor Edward R.Scofield appointed Judge Dederer as Deputy
Supervisor,Town of Wappinger.
Votion made by Councilman DeVoe seconded by Councilman Hager that
if and when the Deputy Supervisor,should assume the duties of the
Supervisor,he shall be covered by an official undertaking bond in
the same amount under which the supervisor is covered.

Motion made by Councilman Hager seconded by Justice Dederer that
meeting adjourn.
